Very happy and thankful to have found this place. It is very peaceful and friendly. The maintenance is so fast and on top of any issues. Our washing machine was not working properly abs they had someone out to look at it the next day. Great place to live!

To all that one a stress free rental experience look no further. My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of working with Susan in the leasing office. She explained everything to us and answered are million questions. Jesse in the leasing office was very good as well. The whole team does a wonderful job. The community is beautiful. Being a dog parent i love how dog friendly and clean this place is. The value, safety and overall happiness i felt upon arriving to the property was a no brainier i wanted this to be my home. Yes, these are rentals but with the high end amenities and beautiful surroundings you feel as though this is a real home which i love. Come in for a tour and be as pleased as we were.

Greenwich Place is fantastic! Hardwood flooring and crown molding sold me and make for a traditional sophisticated look! Safe location and great school systems too! Train station and 95 aren't to far away for those commuters. Definitely worth checking out.
